Dr. Tony D. Johnson is a nationally recognized education and professional and workforce development leader with more than two decades of experience designing and scaling high-impact programs across K–12 education, higher education, workforce systems, the private sector and community-based initiatives. As President and CAIO of Captivate Perspectives Corporation, he leads mission-driven work at the intersection of education, talent development, behavioral health, and economic mobility.
Dr. Johnson is known for his servant leadership approach, strategic execution, and ability to align innovation, compliance, and measurable outcomes to create sustainable impact for individuals, organizations, and communities. He has served in the roles of Dean for Workforce Development, Provost and Vice President, High School Principal, Associate Dean, and Teacher. Dr. Johnson has an earned Doctorate in Educational Leadership, Policy and Evaluation, a Master of Public Administration & Policy, and Dual Bachelor's degrees in Political Science and Criminal Justice from Florida State University.
